Refund policy

Griffin Gear accepts Returns or Exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online or in store for a full Refund or Exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Refunds and online Exchanges may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive the items. Griffin Gear will cover the Shipping charges for online orders being Returned or Exchanged. 

 

Final Sale Items - All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. An item is final sale if it is noted on the item product page.

 

Directions for Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail - To return or exchange item(s):

1. Email hello@mmcgriffingear.com with - your Order Number, Name of Item Returning or Exchanging, Reason for Return or Exchange, and Alternate Item or Size for Exchange.

2. Repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.

3. Griffin Gear will respond within 10 business days and will email a Return Shipping Label. Return Shipping is free of charge.

4. Print and secure the Return Shipping label onto the repacked item's parcel. Ship parcel to Griffin Gear via UPS.

5.When your parcel arrives at Griffin Gear's Return Department, we will process your item(s) for a Refund or Exchange.

 

Please note the following: 

- Without your order number, we will not be able to process your Return/Exchange.

- Griffin Gear and Marymount Manhattan College are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
